Velocity Axis
Velocity Axis is an MVA case acquisition company founded in 2025 in San Francisco. We run paid advertising campaigns for personal injury firms and deliver signed retainers: each claimant is qualified live by our intake center against the criteria written into the firm’s order, signs the firm’s own representation agreement through DocuSign on its letterhead, and is delivered with the executed retainer and claimant record, then transferred live during the firm’s stated intake hours.

What we are not
Legal role
Not a law firm, a referral service, or a marketplace. The firm alone evaluates, directs, and represents each claimant. We give no legal advice, form no attorney-client relationship with a claimant, and charge no claimant any fee.

The fee is for the delivered unit defined by the order. It is not a referral fee, not a share of a legal fee or recovery, and not dependent on case outcome.

Origin
Each firm has its own campaign and its own qualification funnel, built for its order. No round robin, bidding, ping and post, or shared pools, and we do not buy claimants from other companies or brokers.

Commercial model
Orders are priced per delivered unit and paid in full upfront, 50/50 at the delivery midpoint, or Net-7 weekly on approved terms. No monthly fee and no media budget to fund.

How an order works
Criteria
Written into Exhibit A before launch: case type, accident recency (3 months by default), a confirmed injury with any severity floor or named injuries, the treatment requirement and start window, the insurance requirement and available recovery coverage, fault, representation, prior settlement, campaign geography down to ZIP scope, and any custom criterion including a minimum BI, UM, or UIM limit. A narrow order is a normal order.

About five business days after onboarding and payment clearance, and only after a test record has reached the firm’s confirmed destination: email, secure webhook, or API or direct CRM delivery. Every delivered record also appears in the dashboard with its delivery timestamp.

Guarantee
Under Signed Retainer Delivery every delivered retainer meets the order’s criteria. A record that meets a listed replacement ground is flagged in the dashboard within its window: 14 days by default for Signed Retainer Delivery, with evidence; 14 days fixed for Live Transfer; 72 hours for Claimant Delivery. On approval it stops counting toward the order and a conforming replacement is delivered at no charge.

Shortfall and pauses
Committed volume not delivered within 90 days of launch for reasons within our control gives the firm the choice of continued delivery, a credit, or a cash refund for the undelivered portion. The firm may pause with 48 hours’ notice; an order cannot be canceled for convenience.

Compliance posture
Consent
Every claimant is captured with prior express written consent under the TCPA. Each record carries a TrustedForm certificate recording the submission timestamp, funnel page, consent language, and session replay, plus a Jornaya LeadiD token; both are retained for five years. An opt-out is forwarded to the firm within one business day.

Campaign approval
Nothing carrying the firm’s name, brand, or likeness runs without the firm’s written approval. Before launch the firm may review its funnels, landing pages, ad creative, disclosures, and consent language. Advertising and live qualification calls stay free of outcome guarantees and misleading claims.

Campaigns run on an SB 37-compliant build: every ad, funnel, and landing page names a California-licensed attorney at the firm and the city or county of the firm’s bona fide office.

Regulators
If a state bar or regulator raises a concern about advertising we run for the firm, the firm notifies us within 72 hours and we correct or withdraw the advertising at issue within 72 hours of notice.

Retainer execution
The firm’s representation agreement is presented unchanged on its letterhead through DocuSign. Velocity Axis is not a party to it, and the order records whether representation begins at the claimant’s signature or after the firm countersigns.

Exclusivity
Binds Velocity Axis, not the claimant. No delivered claimant is resold, rerouted, or redistributed to another firm, broker, or aggregator, and the claimant remains free to choose counsel.
