Advertising and solicitation

Every advertisement

Every advertisement names and gives contact information for at least one responsible lawyer or firm under Rule 7.1(d), effective June 1, 2026.

Solicitation

Attorney-initiated live real-time contact remains barred, but the prior 30-day blackout was repealed effective June 1, 2026. A consumer-initiated inquiry is advertising, not solicitation, so a claimant who completes a form may retain the firm the same day.
